Delivery Policy

All Mak & Manor Learning products are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping involved. Here is everything you need to know about receiving your products.

Digital Product Delivery

All products are delivered as PDF files via our digital store on Acalytica.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link within a few minutes.

Downloads are available immediately after purchase — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your download link will remain active for a reasonable period. If your link expires before you download your file, contact us and we will reissue it.

Personalised Products (Completion Book)

After purchasing the Completion Book, you will be asked to provide your child’s first name and age.

Your personalised PDF will be created and delivered to your email address within 24 hours of receiving your details during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm SAST).

Orders received over weekends or public holidays will be delivered on the next business day.

Bundles

If you purchase a bundle, all included products are delivered together as a single download package or as individual files depending on the bundle. All files are clearly labelled so you know exactly what you have received.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If your download email is not there, contact us at

sherris@makandmanor.co.za with your order number and we will resend it promptly.

Printing

Our PDFs are designed to be printed at home or at a print shop. We recommend printing flashcard kits on card stock (160–200gsm) for best results. All products are formatted for standard A4 paper. Mini readers are formatted for A5 landscape and can be printed double-sided and folded into a booklet.

Interior Design & Renovation Services

Mak & Manor Studios services are delivered in person in the Johannesburg area. Service agreements, proposals, and mood boards are delivered digitally via email. On-site work timelines are confirmed in your project agreement. We do not ship any physical goods.
