Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mak & Manor sells both digital products (delivered instantly by download) and physical products (printed books and

activity kits shipped to your door). This policy covers both. Please read the section that applies to your order.

Digital Products — Instant Delivery

All Mak & Manor Learning PDF guides, flashcard kits, and mini readers purchased through our digital store are delivered electronically via Acalytica. Upon successful payment you will receive a download link by email within minutes. No shipping fees apply. No waiting. See our Delivery Policy for full details on digital products.

Physical Products — What We Ship

We currently ship the following physical products within South Africa:

Printed flashcard kits — professionally printed, cut, and packaged sets for Levels 3 through 6 & 7

Printed book sets — physical printed copies of the Early Readers and Little Mathematicians guides

South Africa only. We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

If you are outside South Africa, our digital products are available worldwide with no shipping required.

Processing Time

Physical orders are processed and packed by hand from our home base in Johannesburg. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared and handed to the courier after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at

sherris@makandmanor.co.za.

Packaging

We take care to pack every order securely. Flashcard kits are packaged in protective sleeves or boxes to arrive in perfect condition. Printed book sets are wrapped and sealed to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If your order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Lost parcel: if your tracking shows your parcel has not moved for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Damaged on arrival: photograph the damage immediately and email us at hello@makandmanor.co.za within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the extent of the damage.

Missing items: if your order is incomplete, contact us within 48 hours and we will send the missing item/s promptly.

Returns & Exchanges for Physical Products

We want you to love what you receive. If there is a problem with your physical order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We accept returns or exchanges for physical products that are:

Damaged or defective on arrival

Incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item sent)

We do not accept returns for physical products that have been used or where you have simply changed your mind. Return shipping costs for approved returns are covered by Mak & Manor. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Order Cancellations

Physical orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at sherris@makandmanor.co.za with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our returns policy above will apply.
